Mark Dybul was appointed the new executive director of global fund

On 15 November the Board of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria has approved a decision to appoint Mark Dyble, a former Coordinator of the US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), as an Executive Director of GF.Dr. Dyble visited Ukraine in 2008. His visit marked a milestone in implementation of the substitution maintenance therapy in Ukraine.
