Overall objective:
to strengthen possibilities of PLHIV organizations to advocate and promote achievement of the Universal Access to HIV prevention, treatment, care and support. The project is aimed at support of ECUO Secretariat that guarantees the completion of all tasks, implemented in the frames of all the ECUO projects mentioned above.
