To improve advocacy skills on PLHIV rights and service provision for PLHIV through recording and sharing best practices among 14 countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

General Information
With the support of Oxfam Novib KIC (knowledge infrastructure development with and among partners) a new project has started “Advocacy skills improvement and service provision through sharing experience among PLHIV from Eastern Europe and Central Asia”.
Tasks of the project:
- To determine and collect 9 best practices in ECUO member-states.
- To disseminate 3 examples of best practices among 1000 people in the countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
- To strengthen ECUO possibilities through knowledge and skills exchange among 28 members of the Union.
