I will not take screen shots or use images from this site (CHIVA staff will be happy to provide you with these)

‘If only you knew’ (IOYK) is a secure website built for and by HIV positive young people from the UK and Ireland. Our protocol for this site states that log-ins will only be given to HIV positive young people living in the UK and Ireland, unless there are exceptional circumstances where we feel there is a great benefit to allowing time-limited access to this site for an outside body.
The young people accessing this site are doing so in the knowledge that this is a safe place for them to go, it is paramount that you respect this whilst on the site, and when considering sharing your time-limited log-in or access to the site.
As a guest-user, we ask that you respect the ethos of the site — this is a resource for young people — and that if you must, you share your log-in in a responsible way amongst your colleagues. Ideally we would rather you log-in onto the site via one computer, rather than sending multiple people the log-in — but we appreciate that this may not always be possible. If you do share your log-in, you must forward all this information to the person you are sharing it with.
All resources on this site are the property of the Children’s HIV Association (CHIVA), this includes images, photos and films. All information written by the young people is confidential.
