The specialists of the financial and programme departments of the ECUO PLWH Secretariat took part in the training on financial management of the public organizations projects, which was held in Bangkok from 13 to 15 September.
The training program for NGO specialists is implemented by the GNP + Global Network, the Robert Carr civil society Networks Fund (RCNF) and the non-governmental organization Mango.
“This training program is useful as it helps to structure distinctively the work of financial and program specialists in the implementation of projects. This is a colossal experience of international campaigns on grant applications, budgeting, monitoring, financial control and reporting. Much attention was paid to how to the problems of the effective management of projects, the creation of communication for all employees of the organization and prevention of financial mistakes, ” says Oksana Koval, the head of the financial department of ECUO PLWH.
Marina Myshkovskaia, Oksana Koval and Andrey Agafonov, the specialists of the financial and programme departments took part in the work of the training as representatives of ECUO PLWH.
